Lantern Village Apartments SMS messages are intended to provide you with telecommunications assistance for appointment scheduling and reminders, follow up messages, and billing inquiries.  You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. 

Message Frequency

The number of SMS messages that you receive from Lantern Village Apartments will vary depending on the type of communication.  For example, you may receive up to 30 SMS messages per week related to your appointment reminders, follow up messages and billing. 

Potential Fees & Costs

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received in connection with Lantern Village Apartments SMS messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges and may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. Lantern Village Apartments does not impose a separate fee for sending SMS messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.

How to Opt-Out
